This is a big challenge that everybody has or
had experienced at a particular stage in life.
One should take chance, try many things and pursue what you want to do with your life. If you succeed, you will be happy with your career, and if all else fails at least you know that you tried and can move on to the next thing with no regrets.
Changing career paths can be challenging.
However, it may be worth the challenge in the end if you find your new career
more fulfilling.

The following are steps to guide you in choosing the right career path.
First step is Self-awareness;
This is solely your responsibility. It is very important to make better career choices. No one will ever tell you. It is who you want to be that should guide your decision. Try establishing the things you like to do and the things that you are good at. what you really enjoy doing after all We all want freedom and creativity.
The second step is informational;
It is very helpful listening to inspiring people when looking to make important decisions in life. Talk to prospective employers and people in the industry you've chosen.
Find out about their specific roles, duties and obligations in the position you have in mind and other aspects of that industry.
By doing this you will get a lot of information to make the decision process easier. Use networking sites like LinkedIn to reach people in the industry of your interest.
The third step is to check Profitability of your career;
Start with profit. You need to be financially stable
first. Focus on a profitable career this will help you find your passion
leading to discovering your purpose.
Sort the money issue first so you can focus on
what is important and free up time to pursue passion.
The policy of first things first
applies here very well if you want to sort the career issue as early as possible.
Then combine profit with passion. Passion will enable you to gage whether what you’re
currently doing will continue in the foreseeable future. Passion drives us to
do what we want and get what we want leading to a lifetime fulfilment.
The fourth step is Find your purpose;
Selecting your major definite purpose
in life is the starting point of personal greatness. Focus on a place where you
feel you truly belong, eliminate careers or options that you think they don’t fit
you.
What will you be known for? What is your legacy? Are you positively changing and impacting people’s lives?
Commit to doing your job to the best of your ability and you will find that this is the right career for your things will become more clear as you progress. In case you find that this not the right career for you and that you need to continue searching then do so.
There's a lot of trial and error involved. One of your primary responsibilities to yourself is to select the kind of work that you enjoy and you are best suited to do it. Find a job where you can use your natural talents and abilities at a higher level.
Your duty to yourself is to work at something that gives you joy and satisfaction you must find a job that brings out the very best in you and that inspires you to want to become excellent at what you're doing.
We must be aware of different options available try each of what we think suits us one by one. We should not hold biases which are influenced by family, friends, society, culture, religion etc.
If you want to change your future take action and do it as soon as now. We should start our journey of looking what we like and want to do all our life as early as possible. Actually professional orientation should be incorporated in our school programs.
